At Dubai Birds Market, we are committed to the health, safety, and ethical placement of every parrot. Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we maintain a strict and transparent return policy designed to protect both our birds and our clients.

No Return Policy for Change of Mind

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Family or housing restrictions
  • Noise level or behavioral expectations

We strongly encourage clients to carefully consider their decision and consult with our team before completing a purchase.

Health-Related Returns

Returns are only considered under our Health Guarantee policy.

If a serious pre-existing health condition is identified within 48 hours of delivery, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Notify us immediately
  2. Provide a certified report from a licensed avian veterinarian
  3. Submit supporting documentation (photos/videos if required)

Once verified, we will assess the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or alternative arrangement.

Non-Returnable Conditions

For the well-being of all birds, we do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • The parrot has been exposed to other animals or environments after delivery
  • The bird shows signs of stress due to relocation (normal adjustment behavior)
  • Minor concerns related to feeding, vocalization, or temperament
  • Any condition resulting from improper care or handling

This policy ensures the health and safety of all parrots and prevents unnecessary stress from relocation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before shipping arrangements are finalized.

Once a parrot has been reserved and prepared for delivery:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Full payments may be subject to partial refund at our discretion, depending on timing and preparation costs
