Before delivery, each parrot undergoes a comprehensive health assessment to confirm:

48-Hour Health Guarantee

We offer a 48-hour health guarantee from the time of delivery.

If within this period your parrot is found to have a serious health concern that was present prior to delivery, you must:

1. Contact us immediately
2. Provide a report from a licensed avian veterinarian
3. Share clear documentation of the condition

Upon verification, we will work with you to offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Replacement with another parrot of equal value, or
• A mutually agreed alternative solution

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, buyers are expected to:

• Have the parrot examined by a qualified avian veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment
• Follow proper feeding and care guidelines
• Minimize stress during the adjustment period

Failure to meet these conditions may void the guarantee.

Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover:

• Stress-related conditions caused after delivery
• Illnesses resulting from improper care, diet, or environment
• Injuries or accidents after the parrot has been received
• Natural behavioral traits or temperament variations
